Job Description As a Sales Executive at Alpine Integrated Solution Sdn. Bhd., you will be instrumental in driving the company's revenue growth and expanding our client base. A successful Sales Executive will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. Sales Executives are expected to be proactive, results-driven, and capable of building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximise revenue. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services. Requirements: Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration/Mass Communications/Advertising/Media or equivalent Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the event industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks under strict deadlines. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Creative and strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work under pressure, handle crises, and adapt to changing situations.
