Job Description:
Candidate will be assisting the lawyer in handling post auction works.
To liaise with lawyers, bankers, and developers.
Monitor and follow up closely with all the files, attending to client correspondences, preparing status reports, and other types of work assigned by the lawyer from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements:Experience in handling conveyancing matters, especially in subsale matters.
Experience in handling auction matters, especially post auction matters, is an advantage.
Meticulous and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
Hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, and committed to work.
