Export Coordinator Executive

Company Background:We are representing a multinational group that specialises in the production of high-voltage transformers and reactors.Job Description:Oversee order processing from entry todelivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Evaluate and negotiate shipping methodsand rates with carriers.Communicate with production and customerson order status, updates, and changes.Coordinate export shipments and necessarydocumentation with freight forwarders and customs.Monitor shipment activities for timelydelivery.Ensure export documents (LC, B/L, COO,etc.) are prepared and shared on time.Collaborate with internal teams (Sales,Production, Purchasing) to meet customer needs.Provide excellent customer service andresolve sales inquiries effectively.Prepare reports on sales data, orderstatus, and customer feedback.Job Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor's in related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in exportoperation (Preferably in Manufacturing)Experience in export, sea/air freight, andcustoms processes preferred.Strong problem-solving and customerservice skills.High attention to detail and ability tomanage multiple tasks under pressure.Ability to work independently and meetdeadlines.Interested candidates can apply online or send your resume ****** shortlisted candidates will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
