Export Coordinator Executive

Company Background:
We are representing a multinational group that specializes in the production of high-voltage transformers and reactors.
Job Description:
Oversee order processing from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Evaluate and negotiate shipping methods and rates with carriers.
Communicate with production and customers on order status, updates, and changes.
Coordinate export shipments and necessary documentation with freight forwarders and customs.
Monitor shipment activities for timely delivery.
Ensure export documents (LC, B/L, COO, etc.) are prepared and shared on time.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Purchasing) to meet customer needs.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve sales inquiries effectively.
Prepare reports on sales data, order status, and customer feedback.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's in related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in export operation (preferably in manufacturing).
Experience in export, sea/air freight, and customs processes preferred.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
