Export Executive

About the role

This is a full-time position for an Export Executive with the LSK Napure Latex Sdn Bhd, based in Meru, Selangor. As an Export Executive, you will play a crucial role in the company's import/export and customs operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across international borders.
What you'll be doing Establishing and maintaining regular communication with overseas customers to stimulate healthy relationships and secure additional businessAttend to sales enquiries, arrange for quotation and products information to ensure customer satisfactionCoordinate customer's order within internal departments and shipping agents for prompt delivery.Preparation of shipping documents e.g. LC, BL, CO and etc.Check & verify country of origin part list from supplier.Follow up on customer's payment.Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for export market.Handle all incoming and outgoing shipments.What we're looking for At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is requiredPreferably with working experience in sales and marketing activities with export experience and shipping procedure will be an added advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a good command in EnglishComputer literate.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
