These diverse offerings include products and services that help businesses and individuals protect their assets, manage risks and provide for retirement security.About the roleWhat you need to know:Accountabilities for the role:Respond to policyholders' enquiries offering appropriate solutions and informationHandle calls and casework for services such as lost luggage, lost documents, legal and medical referralsProvide general policy information (such as verification and limits of coverage), claims information and renewal information to customers and vendorsSchedule and make follow-up call on complex cases to customersLiaise with vendors, involved third parties and family members during active casesEnter all case-related documentation into the relevant systemsWhat we are looking for; RequirementCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.Singapore College of Insurance Certification in General Insurance holder preferredAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Demonstrated customer service experienceAbility to reason and solve complex problemsExcellent interpersonal, telephone and computer skillsSelf-motivated and able to work under pressure with a high level of responsibility.Effective time management to be able to multi-task, priorities to meet varying tasks and deadlines and delegate.Solutions-focused, proactive, use initiative to improve function/processes and problem solve.Strong communicator at all levels; verbally and written to build and maintain internal and external relationships.Knowledge of coaching and mentoring techniques to be able to develop and support others on a day-to-day basis.To work with integrity independently or as part of a team to achieve personal and business objectives.Good numeracy, literacy and attention to detail.Highly effective communicator in English, both verbal and written.Previous experience in the insurance industry, hospitality services or customer service are desirable.Working hours: 5 working days (Monday – Friday), 08.30am – 05.30pmPH: Observe Singapore Public Holiday
