External Audit Manager at YH Tan & Associates PLT (Mandarin Speaker)Our client "YH Tan & Associates PLT" is seeking an External Audit Manager to join their company!What you'll be doing?
Lead audit teams, ensuring high-quality assurance and compliance for diverse clients.
Conduct high-level reviews on high-risk entities, aligning audit papers with relevant standards.
Manage team portfolios' financials, meeting budgets, and performance objectives.
Provide strategic consultancy to clients, presenting reports and innovative solutions.
Represent the firm at exit meetings and presenting audit reports.
Champion firm growth internally and externally, meeting Regulators' requirements.
Collaborate with Partners and management in strategic firm management.
Who are they looking for?Bachelor's degree/Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated excellence in auditing.
In-depth familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations.
Exceptional presentation, communication, and research skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
Proven leadership, training, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in Income Tax Act & Transfer Pricing a valuable advantage.
