F&B Crew

1. Responsible for Daily Sales Report 
2. Stock Management at outlet level. To inform higher management if stock there are any stock issue which include but not only shortage of stock , stock mishandling and stock quality
3. Guiding new service crew
4. Ensure all SOP is executed accurately by Service Crew
5. Enforce and uphold Service and Product Quality
6. Reporting of maintenance issue 
7. Work with positive mindset and teamwork to achieve outlet goals
8. Handle and maintain high standards of quality product and customer service experience
9. Ensure staff competency, and provide sufficient training to the staffs to meet customer expectation and quality products.
Requirements
• Ability to spot and resolve problems proactively and efficiently.
• Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
• Passionate on F&B retail
• Passionate about customer service
• High standards of brand presentation
• Self-motivated and always think positively
• Experienced in F&B industry, preferably frozen yogurt
• Honesty
