Description:
1.
Costing and Budget
Assist in optimizing cost and budget control without compromising service quality.
Ensure quality and safety of raw materials from suppliers.
2.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Oversee compliance with SOPs by staff.
Work with head chefs and kitchen operation manager for SOP and product development.
Research, develop, and document SOPs.
3.
QA/QC
Monitor and maintain a safe, clean, hygienic, and organized workplace.
Assist in conducting quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the food preparation, production, and packaging process.
4.
Perform Other Ad Hoc Duties Assigned by Superior
Allowance provided.
