Job Responsibilities:Anticipate and attend to guests needs in all F&B outlets and ensure maximum guest satisfaction at all times.
Deal promptly with customer complaints and launch service recovery procedures whenever necessary.
Ensure all staff is scheduled according to the forecast revenue and established labor cost goals are maintained.
Ensure all employees are evaluated annually.
Maintain established standards for the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages.
Ensure all food and beverage areas are kept clean and uncluttered in accordance with company standards and local laws.
Improve the Food and Beverage customer satisfaction rating.
Monitor F&B budgets and costs as per company policy.
Control inventories of F&B commodities, small equipment, and other consumables.
Continuously introduce new concepts and ideas to develop the F&B services.
Direct and supervise all F&B operations at close range by being physically involved in all aspects of the operations.
Initiate, supervise, and monitor the implementation of appropriate training to enhance the knowledge, skills, and attitude of F&B personnel.
Ensure that the F&B staff are well motivated and that all staff problems are promptly dealt with.
Review F&B service processes and standards to constantly improve upon them.
Work closely with the Chef in the design of menus, buffets, and other F&B service offers.
Regularly report to the Operation Manager/Chief Executive Officer on the state of the department.
Compile and distribute revenue forecast, sales analysis data, and operating reports.
Job Requirements:At least 4-5 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
Strong understanding of Food and Beverage operations and proficiency in administrative tasks.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
