F&B Manager

Job ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory control, staff scheduling, and budget management
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Lead, motivate, and train a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exemplary service
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
Foster a positive work culture and address any staff-related issues or concerns
Collaborate with the management team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement
