F&B Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth operations and that products and service are consistent with quality standards.
Oversee inventory management (food supplies for the kitchen, beverages to stock, etc.)
to maintain smooth operations.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to maximize profitability.
Implement cost-effective measures to optimize profitability while maintaining quality.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain efficiency and quality.
Create and enforce café or cafeteria policies, targets, and KPIs.
Overall responsible for the hiring, development, training, and management of operations staff to optimize customer satisfaction, meet operational standards, drive sales, and enhance profits of the café or cafeteria.
Always attentive to the surroundings in the café and maintain constant communication with management to develop action plans to improve sales and customer service.
Ensure that the café or cafeteria follows food and safety regulations.
Maintain positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
Plan and execute marketing events, special events, and promotions to drive revenue.
Design delicious and attractive menus and continuously make improvements.
Practice and maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
Prepare reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on café or cafeteria performance and challenges.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
