About the roleAs the F&B Manager at Bukit Jawi Golf Resort Berhad, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations at this prestigious hospitality establishment. This full-time, on-site role is located in Sungai Jawi, Penang, and will see you playing a vital part in delivering an exceptional customer experience to all guests.
What you'll be doing
Manage and lead the F&B team, including waiters, bartenders, chefs and other front-of-house staff
Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability of the F&B operations
Oversee the planning, preparation and serving of all food and beverages
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and customer service are maintained
Monitor and control F&B budgets, inventory and costs
Collaborate with the hotel management team to align F&B offerings with the overall business objectives
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and implement innovative F&B concepts
Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar F&B management role, ideally within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, staff and other stakeholders
Proven track record of driving F&B revenue and profitability
Up-to-date knowledge of food hygiene, licensing and other relevant regulations
Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional customer service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
