B-Canyon (M) Sdn. Bhd. is a company established to manage the brand and operation of a chain restaurant in Malaysia by the name of Black Canyon Restaurant. Black Canyon Restaurant originates from Thailand and was brought in this concept to Malaysia in the year 2002. As of today, we have a chain of 26 outlets of Black Canyon Restaurants throughout Malaysia.
Responsibilities:Providing good and quality customer service experience to customers.
Welcome and provide a warm and friendly dining experience to all customers.
Provide menu and any promotional item menu before taking orders.
Take note of the order issued by the customer carefully.
Repeat order for customer verification.
Key in order into the menu ordering system.
Ensure to meet the timeline for meal ordering delivery.
Ensure the cleanliness of the dining area.
Process food orders accurately and always be proactive to customers' needs.
Coordinate drinks and dishes from the kitchen, ensuring they are delivered to customers efficiently and accurately.
Any ad hoc tasks given by the Restaurant Manager or Area Manager.
Job Requirements:Strong interest and passion in food preparation and serving.
Willing to learn and adapt to changes.
Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia/English.
School leaver, homemaker, and retiree (age below 60) are encouraged to apply.
