About the role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic F&B Operation Manager to join our dynamic team at Restoran Green View Sdn Bhd, a leading restaurant in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.
Job Description
Manage and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage team, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to foster a motivated and high-performing team.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction, streamline workflows, and maximize profitability.
Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Monitor inventory levels, costs, and budgets to ensure efficient resource utilization.
Make informed purchasing and cost-control decisions to align with business goals.
Work closely with the BOH team to develop and enhance menu offerings, aligning with customer preferences and industry trends.
Oversee the upkeep of equipment and facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards to maintain a safe environment for employees and guests.
Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Operation Chain, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar F&B operation management role, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and budget planning.
Solid understanding of food and beverage trends, menu engineering, and service standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
