F&B Procurement & Admin Clerk

FULL TIME - CONTRACT WORKING HOURS: 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY) REQUIREMENTS •Minimum SPM or related certificate in required fields.
•Two (2) years experience in F&B procurement fields.
•Experience in kitchen operation will be a definite advantage.
• Owning a valid driving license class D will be an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES •To purchase all food & beverages and ensure continuity of supplies.
•To practice the procurement procedure.
•Efficient operation & control of the purchasing and the goods received.
•To monitor and update stock movement for all stock items including raw materials, consumable items, inventories, wastage and maintenance matters.
•To prepare and post information regarding promotion and closure notices on social media.
•To assist in updating and monitoring administration documents.
•To prepare monthly purchase reports.
