F&B Service Crew

Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Greet customers and present menus.
2. Cleaning and setting tables and placing seasonal decorations.
3. Provide excellent customer services.
4. Always strive towards best customer satisfaction.
5. Make suggestions based on their preferences.
6. Keeping the table clean and tidy.
7. Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.
8. To take down orders and serve the prepared dishes on the table.
9. Prepare bills and process payments.
Requirements: 1. SPM qualification or its equivalent. (F&B Internship is welcome)
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Be able to work independently and in a team environment.
4. Ability to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English and maintain good relationship with diverse customers.
5. Be flexible to work additional hours on short notice when operationally required.
6. Able to commit to rotating shifts including weekends/public holidays.
