Responsibilities andTasks :
Provide support for operational issues and root cause analysis with knowledge of the systems.
Analyze system capabilities and future requirements during scenario evaluations based on manufacturingcapacityand demand.
Support design reviews for base-build systems in your area of responsibilityinsuringspecifications aremetand cost reduction improvements areidentified.
Supporttoolinstall designs for the systems that connect to thosetoolsinsuring specifications are met and cost reduction improvements areidentified.
Review and supportcapacityanalysis for your systems supervising against actual data from the facility.
Identifiesand evaluates risk analysis for your systems and proposespossible improvements.
Provide solutions to real time equipment and process problems.
Evaluate new or modified equipment based on tools specification requirements and systemcapacitystudy
Use,identifyand implement equipment and process controlmethods
Develop and implementlong termimprovements in equipment or processes that result in cost reduction, improvedreliabilityand safety improvements.
Identifyroot cause from the excursion or abnormal operation andconductsanalytical improvement and lesson learnt as part of preventive actions.
Identifyandevaluatesinteractions between equipment and processes and resolve potential problems.
Willing to support projects including other facility works re-assigned
Handle project scheduling and planning for efficient and effective projectexecution
Handle and control availability ofworkforce, material, cost, timeline and ensuring quality in delivery.
Follow all EHS procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Ensure complianceofall facility equipment in accordancetoregulations.
Ensure compliance of daily activity in facility within the regulatory permissible limit, and "Facilities Disciplines".
Willing to work extra hours if necessary to support projects that withurgency
Requirements:
Bachelor's or?Master degree?in Mechanical,?Mechatronic or related Engineering
Fresh graduate or maximum1yearrelated experience inmechanicalfacilitiesor Semiconductor manufacturing background
Self-motivated,possessinitiative and ability to workindependently
Team player withgood communicationand interpersonal skills
