Responsible for managing and administrating the Facilities and IEHS department. Responsible to analyze, plan, develop, implement and execute strategies towards achieving company's goals and objectives. Responsible of managing subordinates career development. Responsible to plan, develop, implement and execute company activities related to Environmental Management System, Safety & Health Management System, Security System and Procedure, company policies, government rules and regulations, etc. Responsible of planning, organizing, coordinating and delegating jobs to the respective subordinates. Responsible of managing confidential matters, business affairs and trade secrets of the company. SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS : Responsible to ensure that the Company's Vision, Mission, and Objectives are achieved in accordance with the operational goals and targets. Responsible to operate and maintain an effective and efficient WWTP / CWTP / Ag Recovery and Chemical storage systems. To head, oversee, and coordinate all Environment functions in line with the regulatory requirements. To liaise with the relevant parties on environment related matters and ensure issues are managed and resolved in a timely manner accordingly. To assist and or oversee QS and EMS audits by certification bodies and internal audits. Responsible to coordinate, operate and maintain CDA, air scrubber exhaust system, air blower system, chiller and air conditioning system to ensure it is always functioning and comply to regulatory requirements. To plan and provide all utilities resources to support production, i.e. electricity power supply and water supply. To plan and execute facility projects. To plan and organize Preventive/Predictive Maintenance for all facilities equipment and system, i.e. electricity power supply, city water supply, firefighting system, CCTV System and sewage system to ensure it is always functioning and comply to regulatory requirements.Responsible for general building maintenance and upkeep, including the driveway and drainage system. Responsible for IEHS and Security of the Plant. JOB REQUIREMENTS : Degree in any Engineering discipline. More than 5 years working experience in similar field. Fundamental working knowledge in statistical and analytical applications such as 8D, DOE, FMEA and relevant quality tools. Possess strong technical acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and effective analytical problem solving skills. A resourceful person with excellent drive, initiative and the ability to work under tight schedule. Your application will include the following questions: What's your expected monthly basic salary?
