Job DescriptionResponsibility for the operation, maintenance and management of buildings, equipment, and related devices.
Responding to complaints, emergencies, and crisis situations.
Perform preventative/scheduled maintenance tasks on a regular basis.
Get quotations for works required.
Prepare purchase orders and goods received and submit invoices for related work done.
Coordinate and manage maintenance works including technical cost/benefit justification according to the budget.
To ensure that all maintenance/repair work is completed on time.
Job RequirementsProficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
Pro-active with excellent communication skills.
Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Melayu.
Candidate with Chargeman certificate will be an added advantage.
Possess own transport and able to outstation work (if required).
