Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Responsible for carrying out all duties of a Chargeman (BO-33KV) as required under the Electrical Act and Regulation (Suruhanjaya Tenaga). Supervise, follow up & coordinate all Facilities Management related activities that include budget control, budget planning, external and internal activities that support production and other department.
Efficiently manage daily operations to prevent utilities machines breakdown & ensuring sufficient load factors (compressors, gensets, cooling tower pump system, air conditioning system, local exhaust fan, etc.) Manage Sectional budget ensuring adherence to plan. Plan & conduct management patrol activities 4 to 6 times per year. Comply to HQ Facilities Management audit (FM Diagnosis) requirement and company directives. Plan and monitor CO2 reduction activities are being conducted as per planned schedule. Provide support when necessary. Ensure facilities section's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are available and updated. Communicate the procedures to users when necessary. Monitor all utilities supply during non- working days follows the procedures including complete documentations and approvals. Plan and monitor preventative maintenance activities being carried out as per plan. Monitor equipment breakdown troubleshooting activities carried out in a timely manner. Provide technical support on facilities equipment and energy saving activities Plan, execute and document energy saving data for reporting purposes. Prepare management reporting such as budget & expenses and monthly, quarterly and bi-annually operational reports including presentation to management. Plan and monitor subordinates skill development activities. Ensure facilities section strict compliance to Safety & Health, DENSO Anzen Standard, Government rules and regulations. Submit monthly Solar Energy Generation Report to Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST), Waste Water Treatment Plant report to DOE and other reports to Government Agencies (DOSH, Air Selangor, etc.) Academic qualification and skills required: Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years experience managing utilities in manufacturing industry. Certified B0-33KV Chargeman. Strong technical knowledge in utilities management. Excellent public relations and negotiation skills. Excellent networking with Government agencies.
