Facilities Supervisor

**Job description:- **1. According to equipment operation specifications and process standards, provide process guidance to the team, adjust relevant equipment parameters to meet quality requirements according to quality and customer standards, maintain production operations, and solve on-site product quality abnormalities.2. Organize technicians to go deep into the site, grasp the production quality status, guide and supervise the technicians to solve technical and technological problems, do a good job in technical services, reduce the defect rate, reduce the scrap rate, stabilize the line speed, and achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.3. Participate in product quality analysis and analysis and handling of major quality and equipment accidents, assist relevant departments to repair products, and do a good job in the approval of repair plans and information feedback.4. Participate in technological breakthroughs and technological improvement work, implement verification of technological improvement plans and measures, continuously improve technological level, train technological apprentices, and reserve strength for the team.**Requirement:- **1. Possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent2.
