ResponsibilitiesIn charge of building, Mechanical & Electrical equipment maintenance and servicing
Supervise and coordinate with Facility servicing and repairing contractors
Develop and enhance an effective Facilities system to support Production
Supervise building and M&E expansion and renovation works
Develop and enhance plant energy conservation program
Regularly update and review the Facilities system
Ensure operational control for HSE system is well managed
Assist the safety and health committee (SHC), HSE management system committee, and emergency response team (ERT)
Promote the HSE program
SubtasksRegularly review the appointed monthly servicing contractor performance
Coordinate and participate in plant-wide safety activities
Supervise Facilities staff on their daily duties and performance
Ensure all the Facilities work is conducted in a good manner
Arrange meetings and project implementation schedules
Monitor, investigate incidents, and make recommendations up to date with legislation and guidance relating to Pest control and Environmental Health, implementing changes to procedures if necessary

The company plans to establish an R&D facility in Malaysia to support the main research activities undertaken in Taiwan.
A total of 147 additional positions are offered to those with a science and technical background.
This export-oriented project will contribute to the country's export earnings as more than 90% of our products will be for the Taiwan, UK, and China markets.
