Responsibilities:Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and lighting systems across the facility.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC and lighting systems.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repair or upgrade projects.
Monitor energy consumption and suggest improvements for cost efficiency.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to facilities management.
Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in facility maintenance, specifically HVAC and lighting systems.
Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning and lighting systems, including troubleshooting and repairs.
Familiarity with energy-saving practices and solutions.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
