Facility & Maintenance Technician

Job Description: Handle and perform general maintenance work, including repairs and rectifications of defects and/or damages of the building and facilities. Attending plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, minor electrical repairs. Able to do plumbing & sanitary works assigned. Assist Site Manager in various maintenance tasks Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time Job Requirements: Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Air-Condition or equivalent. Applicants must have minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in building maintenance. Knowledge on Air conditioning, Telecommunication, Electrical, Water & Plumbing and Fire Fighting Equipment. Job Type: Contract
