Facility Management, Manager (Logistics Facilities/Diploma Holder/Johor Bahru)General management of facilities management and construction management.
Manage in-house Facility Service employees.
Define and implement steering model in FM in line with regional and global resourcing strategy.
Steer suppliers in Facility Management to ensure interference-free operation.
Provide Facility Management Support to the site representatives in the cluster in execution of facility-related tasks, in case of delegation and their compliance to SOPs and local law.
Liaise with Landlord on Facility Management-related site concerns.
Define and implement facility management budgets in line with business targets.
Steer & coordinate construction projects, either as owner representative or as consultant of investors (built to suit).
Oversee project progress and quality, including monitoring of deadlines and control of investment planning, budgeting, and benchmarking.
Support data management for FM portfolio including setup of reports; Data Quality target >95%.
Drive risk & quality management.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or from a relevant technical field.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience and expert knowledge of logistics facility & real estate management.
Expert knowledge of facility management.
Comfortable with frequent travel to the west of Singapore.
