Job description Responsible for administering and managing all aspects of FMS and ensuring maximum satisfaction of all staff & students of NMUC. Responsible for the overall facility operations and actively maximize occupancy level at rentals, based on the pre agreement between the company & the clients (students/staffs). Responsible for acquiring reparations for debts owed to tenant. Receives and post payment to accounts, monitor overdue accounts, collects rental. Maintains files on the financial status of client's account. Responsible for building maintenance of all company's premises. Undertake minor building repair works, i.e. plumbing, electrical filling etc To monitor and update rental operation system. Liaise with suppliers / contractors for and rectification and repair work. To provide good customer service and meet customers' expectation with regards to complaints. Any other duties/ad-hoc tasks. Requirement At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Must have substantial knowledge and experience of supporting a financial management system.
