Achieve targeted revenue and profit for the five operations services at your service centre as set by the Company from time to time.Minimising Deduction / Penalty / Critical Events, prevent any implementation of clauses in the Concession Agreement (CA) that can cause damages or losses to the Company by the Contract Hospital; timely attended all the Work orders raised by the hospital staff and achieve good customer feedback survey.Responsible to plan, organize, direct, implement, control and manage all the activities and resources effectively and efficiently for the five operations services in your service centre in order to achieve targets and objectives set by the management.Responsible to ensure that all the Hospital Support Services : Biomedical Engineering Maintenance Services (BEMS), Facility Engineering Maintenance Services (FEMS), Linen and Laundry Services (LLS), Clinical Waste Management Services (CWMS) and Cleansing Services (CLS) are according to the Concession Agreement, Technical Requirement and Key Performance Indicators, Master Agreed Procedures, Project Operation Guidelines (POG), Hospital Specific Implementation Plan (HSIP) and other statutory requirements introduced from time to time.Responsible to manage, monitor and working together with vendors to ensure that their services and performance are excellent and in accordance to the agreement.Working closely with Sustainability Program team in order to achieve the target and program set at the service centre.Responsible to manage and monitor closely monthly Mapping, Deduction and hospital assets.Provide technical advice to hospital and secure reimbursable works.Manage and implement hospital program effectively; handle customers' grievances, complaints and dissatisfaction;providing feedback to customers and top management.Develop, solicit and maintain strong working relationship with officers from Ministry of Health, Hospital Director and staff, JOHN and other government authorities.Ensure cost control measures are implemented thus making sure all cost and expenses related to Service Centre are managed well and within the agreed budget.Responsible to manage, lead, motivate, train and coach your subordinates so that their performance and competency level are high and acceptable to the company's requirements.Responsible to built good rapport with the customers and enhance Company's image by providing high quality services to them from time to time.As a Safety and Health Representative at your Service Centre, Internal Auditor (ISO 9001/ISO 14001 or OHSAS 18001) and Second Party Auditor ( Supplier's Audit) for the Company.To provide periodical Operations Performance Reports and Analysis as required including proposals for improvement. To adhere and observe all the government laws and regulations, all Quality Assurance Program, IMS -ISO, and Company's rules and regulations.To ensure actions and decisions are always guided by the Company's mission and key corporate values.Any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time.
