About the Job
Oversee the maintenance of all physical infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and other technical facilities (Hard Services).
Manage support services, such as cleaning, waste disposal, landscaping, security, and reception, to ensure a safe and efficient environment for clients and staff (Soft Services).
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring service levels meet expectations.
Schedule and manage preventive and reactive maintenance to ensure facilities remain operational and any issues are promptly addressed.
Work with external vendors and contractors to manage outsourced services, ensuring quality standards are upheld. Evaluate, negotiate, and monitor contracts as needed.
Prepare and oversee the facility management budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and optimal resource allocation.
Ensure all facilities comply with local health, safety, and environmental regulations, regularly reviewing and implementing safety protocols to minimize risks.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure facilities meet the company's high standards.
Skills and Experience Required
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, including the management of both hard and soft services.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
In-depth knowledge of facility management principles, building maintenance, safety regulations, and client management.
