Facility Manager (Up To 6 Months Bonus / Hyperscale Data Center)

Responsible for overseeing the critical operations and 24x7 engineering team of data centers. Ensure efficient, reliable, and safe operation of infrastructure and systems, meeting high-quality standards and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead operations, maintenance, and modifications of critical environment systems.Manage command center operations, ensuring professionalism and adherence to SLAs.Implement change control processes and develop SOPs/EOPs for critical systems.Ensure compliance with regulatory laws, certifications, and safety standards.Develop annual maintenance and capital plans, communicate with stakeholders, and submit timely reports to customers.Train and qualify vendors for critical environment work.Manage site engineering teams, identify training needs, and ensure flawless execution of work activities.Operate during emergencies, be on-call 24x7 Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical EngineeringMinimum 8-10 years of managerial experience in overseeing engineering teams.Strong technical knowledge of critical systems operations and risk management.Familiarity with financial terms, budget development, and computer applications.Must be willing to work in Kulai, Johor We are sorry that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
