Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities The role of a Facility Officer is to ensure efficient operation of the facilities (e.g.
laboratory <30 people) to meet the needs of the technical team and enable compliance with local HSE and Quality standards.
Job Description The key responsibilities for this role will include: Ensure maintenance schedules are being followed.
Manage raw materials, consumables and other lab equipment to be in order, replenishment, in usable state and in its respective location.
Assist to liaise with engineering / supplier on repair of equipment or facility.
Support implementation of change in lab facility Ensure proper material disposal in line with local regulation.
Follow all HSES rules and procedures.
Support on execution of Capex project.
Support on HSES activities - PTW.
Process Purchase order request.
Job Requirement Degree or equivalent or higher in any science or engineering discipline or relevant field Good communication skills in English Excellent organizational skill, attention to detail and hands-on approach Potentially interfacing software with machine.
