Facility Technician

**Essential Functions/ Responsibilities**:- Maintenance of IH facility infrastructure- Ensure basic utilities are maintained - water, lights- Illumination & retrofit- Surge protector management & monitoring- Energy management & monitoring- Correction of Hazard - roof leaks, etc.- Recycling program & facility cleanliness- Ensure recycling routines are maintained - ensure wastes are properly segregated and disposed.- Grounds / landscape management- Pest controls & trash removal- Others- IH Fire Fighting system- Furniture disposal- Procurement of maintenance & repair supplies and/or services- Spill Kit Inspection - management- Any other job related duties as assigned by management.- Adheres to all Samtec Quality Principles and actions.**Required Experience**- 3 years related experience / similar position.**Preferred Education**:- Diploma / related technical or equivalent experience.- Certificate chargeman A1/A4.
