Facility Technician (Warehouse)

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to the Site Supervisor/Manager.
Carry out repair and maintenance work to upkeep all building assets and facilities in a safe and properly maintainable condition.
Monitor the works and services performed by subcontractors to ensure good quality and adherence to schedules.
Ensure that periodic checks, testing, and necessary licensing and certifications are renewed on time to meet statutory requirements.
Assist in renovation projects carried out effectively and efficiently, even during irregular hours.
Maintain good housekeeping, ensuring that the facility is clean and operational at all times.
Perform any special duties/projects as assigned by the Manager, including general warehouse operational work.
Job Requirements:
Diploma holder or above in Building Services and Engineering disciplines or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in the Construction, Building Services, Engineering, and Occupational Safety industry.
Grade A Registered Electrical Worker or above certification is a plus.
Strong team player with a pleasant personality and the ability to work under pressure.
