Factory Digitization Leader

SummaryNI Manufacturing is looking for a Leader for its Factory Digitization Initiative. The selected individual will be responsible for developing strategy and driving execution globally for initiatives around MES, WMS, Automation etc. for efficiency improvements.Key Responsibilities Perform map and gap to develop a strategy and roadmap for factory digitization including return on investment analysis Develop a data analytics strategy across production, warehousing and services functions Assist in refining capacity planning models to support S&OP process Assist in developing cost and headcount modeling to support operations Identify opportunities for automation to reduce total costs Design system solutions to support Manufacturing Lean implementation Understand technology trends that drive a digital culture, aligning digital initiatives with strategic business objectives Qualifications Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Sciences, Management Information System, or Business Management. Proven track record of leading implementation of systems and automation across multiple factories Experience in high technology manufacturing required 15+ years of relevant experience required Ability to drive change and impact influence without lines of formal authority.
