Job Responsibilities: Improve manufacturing processes for continuous quality, efficiency, cost, and safety enhancements.Control, monitor and improve production efficiency.Reduce Product Failure Rate (PFR), raw materials, semi finish goods and packaging material wastages.Ensure product quality meets customer requirements and resolve quality deviations.Focus on improving machine speed, balancing productivity with cost reduction.Conduct daily meetings with Heads of Departments to resolve issues.Plan production meetings, activities, worker schedules, and maintenance.Develop countermeasure reports for quality issues and supervise production flow.Develop workflow policies (SOP), work instructions for efficiency, safety, and quality.Motivate, support, and guide production, logistic and maintenance staff to maximize performance and contribution.Manage logistics team to ensure delivery schedule adherence and cost optimization.Oversee maintenance of equipment, building, and premises for optimal performance.Prepare for and attend safety inspections and maintain necessary documents.Design factory layout for efficient material flow and machinery placement.Calculate and design utility requirements, oversee installation of utility machines.Coordinate machine relocations, installations, and refurbishments.Prepare monthly progress reports and implement business and factory improvements.Ensure departmental KPIs are achieved monthly.Oversee yearly HACCP external audit and ensure documentation compliance.Lead auditor for FSMS (GMP, HACCP).Conduct in-house training for HACCP, fire safety, hygiene, 5S, GMP, and quality.Develop yearly business plans for cost reduction and compliance.Manage relationships with distributors and private label customers.Conduct presentations for visitors. Job Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in a related field.Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fields.Preferred experience in a similar role, especially in food manufacturing or production.Knowledge of Food Manufacturing and Production processes, including food safety and quality standards, GMP, HACCP, and relevant regulations.Fluency in English with good oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.Immediate availability for duty is preferred.Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Effective time management and planning abilities.Proficiency in computer skills.Willingness to work in the Johor - Plentong area.
