Factory Manager

Requirements :- Possess a Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with at least 7 years working experience in manufacturing environment.  Possess of good knowledge communicate and writing skills in English and Malay. Ability to work independently and possess a strong leadership skill. Job Scope :
Manages and oversee all the Production and Maintenance activities and ensures that all staff performs their duties as expected by the Company. Responsible for the productivity of factory operations and quality of goods produced. Liaise with Sales Department to ensure the on-time delivery of production output and the correct product quality.
Establish and maintain operational budgets for his team and equipment. Maintain the factory in green and safe conditions within the limits of his authority. Ensure all personnel under his supervision follow the company's policies and regulations strictly. Preparation of monthly Production reports for monthly Management meeting. Maintain QEHS, RSPO, Food Safety programe on all factory related activities and perform Internal Audit as and when schedule. Ensure effective implementation of pre-requisite program and perform duties stipulated as per food safety requirement.
