Fully responsible for the production and operation management of the factory;
Responsible for organizing and establishing factory production and operation system, quality assurance system, cost control system, safety production system, assessment system and various systems and processes;
Develop and implement factory production plan;
Improve production efficiency, improve product quality, improve operation process, reduce production costs;
Effectively organize production personnel to complete the assigned production tasks on time and quality to ensure safe production;
Actively deal with communication among various departments, coordinate work and ensure smooth docking;
Timely response to production anomalies, find problems, and timely tracking.
