Factory/Production/Operation Manager(Chinese Speaking)

1. Production Oversight: Monitor and coordinate the production process to ensure it meets quality, cost, and time requirements.
2. Staff Management: Supervise and lead production staff, set performance goals, provide training, and address any issues or concerns.
3. Scheduling & Planning: Plan production schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate with supply chain managers to ensure materials and resources are available.
4. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality standards to ensure products meet company and customer specifications.
5. Safety and Compliance: Ensure the factory complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations. (DOE-MyPremis), (DOSH – MyKKP), BOMBA (E-Premis) 
6. Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage budgets, reduce operational costs, and improve profitability without compromising quality.
7. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize productivity and efficiency.
8. Reporting: Generate regular reports on production metrics, labor utilization, and other key performance indicators.
