Qualifications.Degree holder with at least 3-5 years of experience in client service in corporate banking..2 years of experience in leading a team of staff..Highly effective team management skills..Strong organization and planning skills..Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills..A strong service mindset, with the ability to take ownership, in providing excellent service to customers..Proficiency in English is a must, fluent in mandarin is good to have, to communicate with internal and external customers..Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint..Able to commit to working days following Singapore calendar..Able to commit to rotating shifts between 8am to 8pm (8 hours per day) from Monday to Friday
