The primary responsibility will include meeting with customers to review their financial situation and coordinate with the Senior Relationship Managers regarding investment holdings and performance of the portfolioStrengthen the investment business' customer facing capability and to play an active role in developing the competencies and capabilities of Senior Relationship Managers in the full range of investment solutions which includeUnit Trust FundsDual Currency InvestmentsRetail Bonds and Credit Linked InvestmentsCommodity Index InvestmentsEquity Linked InvestmentsPortfolio ManagementKey responsibilities will includePerform joint appointments with Senior Relationship Managers with the goal of building stronger consulting capabilitiesConstant engagement with the Senior Relationship Managers to develop their consulting capabilities specifically in recommending investing solutions to the segmentActive involvement alongside sales channels in customer 'prospecting', relationship building and new business pitchesWork with product teams, research team and sales channels to ensure proper follow through of market updates, customer portfolio actions and other business development opportunitiesRepresent the business and speak at appropriate customer forumsQualificationsHave at least 5-7 years experience in a front-line capacity with wealth management productsMust have exceptional understanding of the full range of investment expertise in wealth management and related products, services and processHave solid understanding of financial markets and be able to communicate at all levels, internally and externally.Able to listen and interpret, to gather objective information, to negotiate, respond or inspire at all levels of interactionLeadership qualities demonstrated both in terms of a role model and in creative thinking.A team player with a motivational, hands-on approach.Flexibility to travel to different branchesCandidate should evidence strong ability to articulate complex ideas and develop them into tangible benefits to customers, coach and develop talents, cope with ambiguities.
