Job DescriptionTo be responsible for planning and supervision of poultry caretakers in executing daily operations at the farm.
To comply with Egg handling SOPs from nest to hatchery, inclusive of collection, separation, grading, fumigation, records, and documentation.
To ensure accurate feeding and feedback (observation, time frame, etc.) as well as feed inventory control and documentation.
To carry out daily monitoring, minor maintenance tasks, and facility monitoring to ensure assets functionality are in good order at all times and follow up with the Maintenance Team in carrying out timely and effective R&M works.
To ensure compliance in accuracy and timeliness of records and documentation updates and submissions, as well as promptly highlighting non-conformance with appropriate corrective recommendations.
To supervise continuous housekeeping measures (including hygiene, rodent, and pest control) for farmhouses and all its equipment and machinery including feeding and drinking systems.
To work closely with the Flock Health team and Supervisor (Production) and Farm Operation Executives on execution of flock health program and bio-security monitoring, measures, and programs, as well as timely and accurate removal of non-productive birds.
To work with Farm Operation Executive (Production) and Senior Supervisor (Maintenance) in planning of supplies to the group to ensure on-time delivery, accuracy of distribution, recording of deliveries, correct usage, and stock control.
To ensure best practices leading to maximize the flock health status by good veterinary observation, good husbandry observation, clinical analysis, and bio-security.
To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.
