Prepare all equipment & tools, chemicals and feeds before fry shrimp cultured started. - Make sure all equipment & tools in safety and good condition before fry shrimp cultured. If there is some unfixed condition or broken, that tools must be repaired or replaced. - Make sure feeds and chemicals stocks in good condition and enough. If there is some shortage, take out that stocks from the general store. - Daily managed feeding and check fry shrimp condition & healthy. - Double check worker task and job, if there some mistake, that must be solve immediately. - Send water sample for PCR check, Microbiology check and Water quality check to Laboratory department. - Manage fry shrimp harvested and make sure all process smooth and fastest - To update nursery planning - To prepare and involve all nursery management activity - Updating nursery report - Culturing shrimp at Nursery department - Feeding, stocking and sampling shrimp - Reporting any accidents, injuries, and equipment damage to management. - To do any job and task given by superior.Charoen Pokphand Malaysia - Aquaculture Business Group strives to maintain its leading position in the aquaculture industry and successfully compete in the international arena.
