In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of top brands, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving growth.The ZALORA Buyer has a great level of ownership and accountability.
With having your own brand and range responsibilities, it is at this level that you will be expected to have a holistic business-wide perspective, and identify wins and opportunities collaboratively outside of your own direct team.

people skills, job skills, a sound understanding of our customer and competition etc.Responsibilities:
Responsible for the implementation of buying strategies and budget proposals to achieve sales, profits as well as inventory targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key marketplace brands.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct frequent brand review meetings either on a monthly, quarterly or seasonal basis.
Build and buy the most relevant range for the target customer.
Full ownership of weekly trade within own department, including replenishment, stock swaps, RTS, etc.
Completes and supports all facets of contract negotiations with new potential brands/suppliers.
Demonstrates an understanding of new fashion and retail trends, and how these can affect the trading climate, regularly reads market research data and spots new business opportunities.
