Job Scope: E-Commerce Inventory Executive
A. Product Upload and Management
-Upload and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, images, and availability.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize listings for better visibility and sales.
-Monitor product performance and make recommendations for adjustments based on data analytics.
B. Warehouse Storage and Organization
-Oversee the organization of inventory within the warehouse to ensure efficient storage and easy retrieval.
-Implement best practices for inventory management, including FIFO (First In, First Out) methods, to minimize product waste and maximize efficiency.
-Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and resolve any storage-related issues.
C. Restocking and Inventory Control
-Monitor stock levels regularly and arrange restocking of products as needed to prevent stockouts.
-Work with suppliers to order new stock and ensure timely delivery.
-Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory, including tracking damages, returns, and discrepancies.
D. Parcel Delivery and Logistics Coordination
-Coordinate with courier services to manage the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
-Troubleshoot delivery issues, including lost or delayed packages, and ensure prompt resolution.
-Monitor shipping costs and work with logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and methods.
E. Inventory Data Management
-Maintain and update inventory databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
-Generate regular inventory reports for management, highlighting key metrics such as stock turnover rates, inventory value, and slow-moving items.
-Use Excel and other software tools to analyze inventory data and make informed decisions about stock levels and purchasing.
F. Event Assistance and Management
-Assist with the setup, operation, and teardown of pop-up shops, bazaars, and other events.
-Ensure that inventory for events is properly organized, tracked, and managed.
-Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure successful event execution and customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement
-Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of inventory management and warehouse operations.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and inventory management.
Requirements:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management tools.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
-Interest in fashion and the latest trends.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
