JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintain proper inventory control and management.
Drive sales performance by setting targets (KPIs), monitoring progress, and implementing strategies to meet or exceed objectives.
Ensure all team members deliver high-quality customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
Construct strategic and creative content plans for numerous social media platforms with strong brand direction to increase awareness whilst meeting business outcomes.
Identify gaps and opportunities available by using all available features on social media for better retention, conversion, and growth.
Responsible for full data gathering, perform analysis on outcomes and communicate reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Optimize strategies, forecast sales, assess effectiveness of marketing efforts, and make informed decisions to improve sales and business performance.
Livestream And Video Content
Proven experience in live streaming on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, or Lazada.
Newbies are encouraged to apply as well.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and entertain audiences.
Strong creative and storytelling abilities to develop captivating live stream content.
