Female Receptionist

Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable.
Answer phone calls promptly, providing information and scheduling appointments.
Handle rescheduling and cancellations while accommodating client needs.
Promote salon services and products to enhance client experience.
Maintain an organized reception area and ensure cleanliness
Communicate effectively with stylists and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Must have 2-3 years experience as a receptionist.
Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English
Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
