Production, Planning & Scheduling (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Full time
Responsibilities:
Monitor the delivery and installation of plant machinery according to design layout.
Ensure equipment meets required specifications.
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to prepare materials for commissioning and trial runs.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), validation documents, and production reports.
Track and maintain equipment licenses from relevant authorities.
Operation Stage:
Implement Good Manufacturing Practices, food quality system requirements, and Lean Six Sigma principles in the production process.
Lead the production team to ensure daily operations run smoothly, schedules are met, and KPIs are achieved.
Monitor machine and process parameters and maintain traceable records.
Optimize manpower allocation to meet production targets and productivity goals within established timelines.
Coordinate with engineering team to address machine breakdowns, adhere to maintenance schedule, and ensure upkeep of plant machinery.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Prepare and maintain daily pre- and post-production reports and necessary documentation.
Education & Experience:
Minimum of Degree or equivalent in Food Processing or Engineering related field.
Requirements & Skills:
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to read and write in Mandarin will be an advantage.
Expertise in AutoCAD / SolidWorks drawing.
Excellent communication & good interpersonal skills.
Willing to work in Bandar Enstek.
Willing to learn, adapt to new working environments and continuous improvement.
Willing to undergo training overseas and ability to be flexible in terms of location.
Willing to work under hot, humid and dirty environments.
