We are seeking a skilled FG & Logistics Section Manager to lead and optimize our finished goods and logistics operations. This role is critical for ensuring efficient inventory management, timely distribution, and strong supplier relationships to meet customer demand and uphold our standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee finished goods inventory to fulfill customer demand accurately.
Implement control measures to minimize waste and enhance inventory accuracy.
Develop and execute distribution strategies to improve delivery times and manage costs.
Coordinate logistics by selecting carriers, managing freight, and optimizing transportation.
Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
Negotiate contracts and terms for favorable conditions.
Collaborate with sales and customer service to address customer inquiries and issues.
Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
(A) Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 5–7 years in logistics, supply chain, or related fields, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or senior executive role.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution (3PL), or similar industries is a plus.
Familiarity with LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) operations preferred.
(C) Skills:
Proven leadership and team motivation abilities.
Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring and improvement.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Proficient in logistics management software and inventory systems.
Proficiency in English and Malay is required; additional languages are a plus.
