Job Description: Manages one or several of the following activities:Manage the transport activities :- Ensure transport management performance, & improvement control.- Implement and control KPIs (performance, cost, quality, environment).- Ensure application of Airbus Transport solutions, processes, rules & policies in transport activities.- Drive issue solving with a quick & simple alert/escalation process.- Propose and drive local, not disruptive and short term Improvement Initiatives, share experience & practices via Transport service managers network.- Responsible for the definition of transport strategies and contribute to Transport Optimization Projects.- Secure the delivery according to constraints (delay, cost, contract).- Secure that the transport media/means (jigs, packaging, etc..) are in the right quality, quantity and on due time.- Define a Transport planning (strategic, tactical and operational) aligned to the Programme planning in order to secure the plants/FALs operations' timelines.- Assess transport impacts in case of short and middle term planning changes.Manage the Transport Provider contract compliance and subcontractor activities:- Define technical aspects of the contract.- Ensure right contract application by the provider and by Airbus, budget respect and savings.- Create, challenge, validate change requests, ad-hoc service requests and Claims.Setting and implementing the financial optimization of the transportation system in line with AOP and cost targets.Manage CAPEX and OPEX in order to ensure transport means capacity and capability for asset management:- Perform technical negotiation in units price, volumes & forecasts.Ensure the alignment of transports operations within Airbus processes and requirements to secure a transport performance:- Implement and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with stakeholders.- Supervising and directing Transport operators with all stakeholders (3PL, external companies, AI department).- Ensure risk management with internal stakeholders and Transport Provider, perform root cause analysis and manage mitigation plans.Manage compliance to regulatory and safety obligations:- Is accountable for all topics related to Airworthiness Authorities, Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, Export Control and Dangerous goods with regards of the transport business execution.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company:Airbus Customer Services Sdn BhdEmployment Type:Permanent-------Experience Level:Entry LevelJob Family:Logistics
