Fiber Laser Cutting Machinist

Role Responsibilities
Programming skills - Import DWG & prepare nesting to maximize raw material consumption while minimizing technical waste.
Establish and maintain a high level of machinery knowledge, including safety work procedures.
Keep track of quantity & quality of work.
Perform basic maintenance and consumable exchange for the machine.
Monitor consumable stock levels.
Ensure and sustain other module conditions, including air compressor, fiber laser head, and cooler, to be in good condition.
Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication via laser cutting to meet required quality standards.
Follow required safety procedures for machine operation.
Improve and sustain housekeeping.
Support in training as required.
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Diploma, SKM level in manufacturing & machining.
Minimum 3 years of direct working experience.
Proficient in operating fiber laser cutting machines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting.
Independent self-starter.
Team player, able to work with all levels.
